Morning Update: Clinton Riled Over Draft Talk
Hillary Clinton called for President Bush to clarify his recent comments that a military draft “has always been on the table.” In a letter to Bush, Clinton wrote, “re-establishing a draft is not the answer.”

Rudy Giuliani told Bill O’Reilly it would take “18 months to three years” to implement his plan to control illegal immigration (USA Today) from Mexico, which includes a physical and technological border fence, a “border stat program,” and a tamper-proof identification card for “every foreigner in this country.”
