9/11 Commission (PDF) Chair Thomas Kean endorsed Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) yesterday.

Separately, McCain pledged to expand the Army and Marine Corps, and touted his qualifications for the presidency in a speech yesterday. “I made the Pentagon angry when I called for the resignation of Don Rumsfeld; said we needed a different strategy in Iraq; and a bigger military so that ours sons and daughters didn’t have to serve four and five tours in combat zones,” he said.

Sen. Chris Dodd (D-CT) warned (Des Moines Register) against threatening to cut off aid to Pakistan yesterday.

Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) had an op-ed in the Des Moines Register stressing the importance of national sovereignty and criticizing NAFTA Superhighway plans.
