		<description>Pro-Immigration Innovation...For a North American Union, it allows for much easier integration. Plus many Latinos provide a more affordable workforce. More tax revenue gained allows for more progress. I agree with his beliefs. And I believe Clinton is just blowing hot smoke with these comments. Current troop levels are stretched thin. A feasible way to increase commitment levels in all branches of the military is greater signing bonuses. $20,000 dollars and education expenses do not attract me and I am a college student. My friends and I have discussed it and many of us would sign up if bonuses reached levels around $40,000 or $50,000 plus education. Anyone think this could help?</description>
