		<description>it seems to me that fall in oil prices was bigger than the fall of euro against the dollar. or let use better indicator - rise of dollar against trade weighted exchange index was smaller than rise of dollar against oil. so if we look at data this way,  in August US  gained more on smaller petroleum imports then  smaller rise in exports.</description>
